How to change the credit card used for subscription billing?

testRTC uses BlueSnap service for credit card processing. In order to change your payment method to a new card, you can log in to your BlueSnap account.

  1. Enter your Bluesnap username or ID – You can find this information in the email you received from Bluesnap for your initial subscription creation or any of your subscription renewal confirmation messages
  2. Once you are logged in. Click on Change under the Payment Method section
  3. Click on “use a new card” on the top right area, fill in your new credit card info and then click submit
  4. In the next renewal, Bluesnap will use your new credit card

If you have forgotten your password, please use one of the following methods:

  1. Click on “Don’t know your username or password”
  2. Go to https://support.bluesnap.com/page/find-your-order 
  3. Enter the last 4 digits of your credit card and your email address, to receive a password reset email from the order summary page
