testRTC uses BlueSnap service for credit card processing. In order to change your payment method to a new card, you can log in to your BlueSnap account.
- Enter your Bluesnap username or ID – You can find this information in the email you received from Bluesnap for your initial subscription creation or any of your subscription renewal confirmation messages
- Once you are logged in. Click on Change under the Payment Method section
- Click on “use a new card” on the top right area, fill in your new credit card info and then click submit
- In the next renewal, Bluesnap will use your new credit card

- Click on “Don’t know your username or password”
- Go to https://support.bluesnap.com/page/find-your-order
- Enter the last 4 digits of your credit card and your email address, to receive a password reset email from the order summary page
