What is this about?
We’ve been able to connect a WebRTC session properly and everything seems fine. The only problem is that we can’t get media going on that connection. Something is likely blocking the media from flowing correctly.
You will likely have issues with hearing people or being heard in meetings.
Suggested actions to take
- You might have a restrictive firewall that is blocking media from being sent and/or received. Check with your network administrator if the configuration there works
- This might be a matter of a VPN configuration. Either having one that isn’t configured properly, or not having one where there should be one for the communication application that you are using
